She questions the traces left by everyday objects and the role of manual activities traditionally assigned to women. Spools, embroidery, and pots are rendered in clay. The strength and fragility of the material evoke memories.
Biography
We are former students of the École des Arts d’Ixelles, specializing in ceramics. At the intersection of ceramics, sculpture, and installation, each artist has developed a unique and deeply personal universe. Diversity of materials, techniques, and production types… They focus on enriching the visual and tactile perception of the works, as well as their relationships with space and light.
