Kim’s installations generally feature a central, rather metaphorical scenographic element, but it’s only as her research and work progresses that she will embellish these installations with new elements. It may be a section of video, documents, objects… to arrive at an overall work: an exhibition that creates an ambiguous atmosphere likely to awaken questions in visitors.
