Description

Analog photographs developed solely from plants and wood ash, all collected in Brussels. The issue of water economy is also addressed, while the materials used are entirely sourced from recycling channels. This project attempts to realign content and form, to speak about ecology by using processes that gradually move towards a concrete respect for it.

Biography

A self-taught photographer, I have dedicated myself since 2017 to bringing together artistic practices and respect for health and life in all its forms. After several years of theoretical and empirical research on analog processes and “Caffenol” type alternatives (homemade developers based on plants, culinary and household products), I now share this work and these reflections through workshops and artistic creations. I have recently co-founded the non-profit organization ART(S) PROPRE(S) to concretely broaden these questions in the fields of art and craftsmanship.
