Description
I work with oil paint, mainly using a palette knife. I add certain elements, pigments, pumice, and various powders that give a certain texture, which allows me to push, pull, disrupt, and almost sculpt the oil. Expanding horizons, touching on the vastness that is dear to me, going beyond well-defined boundaries, where the infinitely small meets the infinitely large.
Biography
I have participated in numerous artist circuits, the last two being Tourine la Grosse in November and the Saint-Gilles circuit in April. I was trained at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, then by Linou Truffino in Lasne, Marie-Anne Truffino in Ixelles, and Karine Truffino in Casteau. I worked in the Kasba studio (3 years) in Boitsfort, at the Ateliers de l’Orée in Ixelles (10 years), and for the past 10 years at the Mommen ateliers in Saint-Josse.
