Description
I am a researcher in the Art of Movement, fascinated by the flow of life within the body.
My practice includes the Art of Japanese Calligraphy, Dance, and Movement Writing. In a way, I consider myself a choreographer :-).
As an Artist and Doctor, I approach the body in all its dimensions: physical, relational, and spiritual. Always driven by a deep love for all living beings — humans, both young and old, and every creature of Nature.
Over time, art has become increasingly significant in my life, and I now share my practice through workshops and courses. What interests me is supporting participants in their own sensitive development, with joy and depth, whether in calligraphy, dance, or creative workshops.
Biography
7th Dan in Shodo, trained at the Kampo Institute in Kyoto and Sochaka Kyokai in Tokyo, as well as a dancer trained in various approaches to movement (Danse Sensible © and Butô), I enjoy connecting the tracing of signs on paper with the movements of the body in space, which led to the creation of the term SHOTOMAI ©. For me, art is an ideal path for expressing life and a spiritual journey.
