Objective:
Create the official poster for the 2025 Ixelles Artists’ Trail, which will represent the event in all communications (posters, flyers, social media).
Theme:
“Art and Mobility”
The visual should evoke the richness and diversity of the Ixelles art scene, highlighting the idea of connections between artists, the public, the experience of discovery, sharing, and mobility.
Participation Conditions:
- Eligibility: Open to artists, designers, illustrators, graphic designers, visual artists, photographers, sculptors, art students, and/or creatives residing or working in Brussels
- Poster Format: A2, portrait orientation
- Style: Free, but must be adaptable for both physical and digital media
Selection Criteria:
- Originality and creativity
- Visual impact and poster readability
- Consistency with the theme “Art and Mobility”
- Keywords: Mobility, Urbanism, d’Ieteren, Châtelain, Ixelles

Submission of Works:
Deadline: February 15
Participants must submit their creation in digital format (JPEG or PDF, high resolution) via this form:
Finalist Selection:
A jury composed of representatives from the organization and graphic design professionals will select 5 finalists.
Public Voting:
The finalists’ works will be posted on the event’s social media for public voting. The visual with the most votes will win the contest.

Prizes:
First Prize:
- The winning visual will be used as the official poster for the Ixelles Artists’ Trail
- The visual will be used for the cover/back cover of the Ixelles Municipal Magazine
- A gift voucher worth €300 for purchasing materials at Schleiper
- An amount of €500 for purchasing the artwork
Finalists:
- The works of the 5 finalists will be exhibited during the tour’s launch with recognition during the opening
- The works will be featured on our social media as a sponsored post about the artist
- A gift voucher for purchasing materials at Schleiper worth €125
Rules:
By participating, candidates agree that their works may be used in communication materials related to the Ixelles Artists’ Trail, with credit to the author. The winning visual may be slightly adapted for communication purposes.
